• Marina 12 years 3 months (reduction -9 months)
• Vincenzo 13 years (reduction -9 months)
• Francesco 14 years (reduction -12 months)

For others 5 the court ruled that they are able to appeal against parts of the sentence from the second instance:

• Dario 7 years
• Carlo 8 years
• Carlo 8 years
• Antonino 8 years
• Luca 10 years 9 months (reduction -12 months)
