ATTENTION TO MEMBERS FROM OVERSEAS COURNTRIES

Some people are stopped at the airport by the Immigration Bureau officers. To avoid trouble and smoothly enter Japan, please make sure to make CMC pre-registration and that you have the items listed below:

• Return ticket
• Money (cash to spend duirng your stay)
• Your Japanese host or friend’s info.: Name (individual or oranization’s),
  address, phone number (ideally, 24 hour-open number)
• Info. of the place you stay (eg: hotel’s name and address. If you stay at a camp site, the camp’s name.)
• Invitation letter from G8 Media Network: To obtain the letter, please send
  a meesage to international@g8medianetwork.org. specifying your name (it
  should be the same as your name in your passport) and the dates of your stay (eg: From July 3rd to July 10th). Message tilte should be “Invitation letter Request”.
