Civil G8 Dialogue in Bonn, April 25/26: important information!

Dear invitees of the Civil G8 Dialogue,

we are greatly looking forward to seeing you in Bonn next week. To ensure you a pleasant visit, we would like to give you some more information concerning the logistics of your stay in Bonn (transportation, conference venue) and the programme of the conference. Please find attached an updated version of the conference agenda.

• There will be a security check at the entrance to the conference. Registration will take longer for those who have not supplied us with the information required in the form attached to your invitation. Please submit the form as soon as possible if you have not already done so!

• Please do not forget to state your workshop preference. Otherwise you may not be able to participate in the workshop of your choice, if it is already full!

• To enable the conference to start in time we would like to ask you to arrive at Beethovenhalle by 11:00 hours on the 25th.

• You will receive comprehensive conference material including the final programme on registration.

• If you have not received your personal invitation yet, please contact us immediately!

—> Please make sure to carry your Passport or ID with you at both conference days!
